– Reservations for accommodation and/or any service provided by our establishment;

Check-in;

Compliance with legal obligations, including with the Federal Revenue Service, communication to the SEF, Consulting and Auditing;

Provision and billing of services;

Adapting services to the client’s needs and interests;

Information and marketing actions;

Responding to questions, suggestions and complaints made by customers;

The Customer and/or potential Customer may also, at any time, object to the processing of the data, with the exception of those strictly necessary for the provision of the service, and/or request the elimination of his/her data for marketing purposes or inclusion in lists of subscribers and informative services, and to this end should contact Portugal Nature Lodge via e-mail: info@portugalnaturelodge.com.

In accordance with the current law on data protection, your personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by our Company, for the purpose of maintaining the commercial and contractual relationship. Please be advised that security measures and technologies have been adopted by our company to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Portugal Nature Lodge stores personal information in a secure location, and we have taken steps to ensure that only designated individuals have access to that information. In our duly legalized reservation system (Beds24.com) customer data is stored for no longer than 365 days.

Most of the personal data is mandatory for the provision of the service. Portugal Nature Lodge will inform you of this obligation and if the required data is missing or incorrect, Portugal Nature Lodge will not be able to provide the contracted service. Providing incorrect or inaccurate data is your sole responsibility.

Personal data, databases, service platforms, and other operations, may, under the terms and conditions legally defined, be hosted, shared, and communicated to subcontracting companies for all or part of the purposes identified above, as well as for the maintenance, hosting, and management of their computer systems and equipment, under the terms allowed by the legislation that regulates the processing of personal data, and these entities are obliged to keep confidential and ensure the security of customer data of Portugal Nature Lodge to which, for this purpose, they have access, and shall not use such data for any other purposes or for their own benefit, nor relate them to other data in their possession. Personal data may also be made available to the courts and other competent authorities in strict compliance with the law, in particular when they are necessary to resolve disputes relating to billing and for activities relating to the protection of public safety, defense and security of the state and the prevention, investigation or detection of criminal offenses.

Your personal data is only kept for the period necessary to provide the service or product, or to comply with legal obligations of Portugal Nature Lodge. Finally, the data may also be retained for the period during which any invoice may be legally challenged or payment pursued, or for the periods legally defined for the purposes of investigation and prosecution of criminal offenses.
